2D images that give illusion to make it seem 3D animation... That's pretty awesome and have to respect the amount of patience and dedication to animator(s).
They animate the girl's hair by frame by frame, manually during 2:41 until 2:47. Other than those cuts shown in the timeframe, they animated the hair using their advanced deformation tool, which allows animator to deform selected drawing/elements and auto tween the drawing into animated frames.

But this type of animation its make with "bones" its more difficult because you work with limited images and editing the movement for all this work is awesome

Yeah I agree, I want this type of animation to become mainstream. It just looks better :\ Most anime/jp games, although following the anime style, still use 3D which most of the time ends up looking low-poly. Very few game developers end up investing enough to make the 3D models look anime style instead of just drawing the characters (like in Visual Novels) or 2D characters speaking alongside low-poly 3D models like in the Persona games.

As someone who struggle all night making one character bust shot move in Live2D, seeing that one can make a whole shot like this with it is honestly amazing.

i've been drawing for about 2 years now and let me tell you, you do improve. Even though it mas seem impossible to make something good at first, keep trying, experiment with different things. In the artist world there are limitless possibilities and developing your skill is the journey throughout, delving into all those possibilities. Basically: keep practicing and experimenting and one day you'll wake up and create the masterpiece everyone knows you can make :).

As someone who struggle all night making one character bust shot move in Live2D, seeing that one can make a whole shot like this with it is honestly amazing.
This software and its users have come such a long way since this video was put out. It may not accurately reflect its maximum potential, but the point of the video is to spark inspiration of the possibilities.
I watched this before and I didnt know it was Live2d and now im watching vtubers and possibly would learn how to use Live2d

i've been drawing for about 2 years now and let me tell you, you do improve. Even though it mas seem impossible to make something good at first, keep trying, experiment with different things. In the artist world there are limitless possibilities and developing your skill is the journey throughout, delving into all those possibilities. Basically: keep practicing and experimenting and one day you'll wake up and create the masterpiece everyone knows you can make :).
